I am a travel professional with over 8 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry. My passion for travel brought me to the south of France for studies, where I fell in love with French culture, food, and the welcoming nature of its people. This inspired me to work in European inbound tourism, specializing in France and Switzerland. After years of exploring hidden gems, charming villages, and local markets, I decided to share these unique experiences by creating my own travel agency. I’m excited to help you discover the authenticity, beauty, and hidden gems of France and Switzerland!

Vaseem created an amazing itinerary for our 14-day trip to France, from Paris to Bordeaux. He was always quick to respond to questions before and during our trip. I can't imagine the hours we've saved not having to plan the trip ourselves, nor would we have had the extensive knowledge of someone local to the country. Our trip started with a 2-hour vintage car tour through Paris which my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed and the trip only got better with dinner cruises, shows, museums, castles, wine and food tours and of course lots of bread, cheese, pastries and wine. How it works?

Step 1: Sending a Request & Receiving the Itinerary

Send us a request by filling up the enquiry form. We will review the details and will send you the initial proposal (itinerary) within 24 hours.

Step 2: Reviewing the Itinerary & Give the Feedback

You will review the itinerary and give us your feedback by email, or schedule a call to discuss the itinerary and make necessary changes.

Step 3: Receiving the Revised Itinerary to Review & Feedback

Based on your feedback, we will make the changes in the itinerary and send you the revised itinerary. The process of step 2 and 3 will continue until the itinerary is finalised.

Step 4: Receiving the Accommodations Suggestions & Price Estimates

Once you finalise the itinerary, we will send you the accommodation suggestions and price estimates. You will review the accommodations suggestions and give us your feedback.

Step 5: Receiving the Revised Accommodations Suggestions to Review & Feedback

Based on your feedback, if required, we will make the changes in the accommodations and suggest you the other accommodations.

Step 6: Finalising Accommodations & Making the Deposit

Once the accommodations are finalised, you will sign the quotes and make the deposit of 30% by secured payment link or bank transfer. Upon receiving the deposit, we will send you the confirmation.

Note: For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Step 7: Making the Balance Payment

The balance payment will be made 2 months before the travel dates. Upon receiving the payment, we will send you the confirmation.

Step 8: Receiving the Travel Book

2 weeks before your travel dates, we will send you the travel book that will contain all the necessary information of the activities, accommodations, transportations, and contact details, etc.

Final Step: Welcome to Europe

As soon as you arrive at your destination in Europe, we will be in touch with you to make sure that your trip is running smoothly.
